Bookings

Booking services are available on this website and are managed by online booking system Halaxy. All information collected is for appointment details only and will not be shared. For more information please see our privacy policy.

Cancellation Policy

It is asked that where possible you provide 24hours notice when cancelling appointments. We understand that life gets in the way. You will only be charged a cancellation fee (20% of total appointment cost) after your second cancellation without 24hours notice.

Payments

Payments are not taken for online bookings. Payment for services must be provided on the day of that service either in person or over the phone via EFTPOS. Any supplement prescription or functional testing is an additional cost to the consultation fee and will be agreed upon by practitioner and patient.

Refunds

Stefany Kaye Naturopathy does not provide refunds for Naturopathic Consultations or functional testing. A refund will only be given if supplements or herbal preparations are recalled by the Therapeutic Good Administration (TGA). Otherwise under the practice guidelines of the TGA is it illegal for practitioners to re-dispense prescriptions intended for another patient and therefore refunds will not be given.
