My name is Stefany. I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Naturopathy from the Southern School of Natural Therapies.

I have always been fascinated by nature and its power upon us as human beings. I can remember being a young girl making perfume from flowers, not realising at the time how much this moment would influence my fascination and passion for nature and herbal medicine.

Having battled with my own health for many years, I understand just how difficult it can be to find peace with your own body.  It is my mission to help guide you, wherever you are on your journey, to a place of wellness and vitality and get you feeling connected to your body.

I am an empathetic person who sees you and hears you. I will be your biggest advocate through the process! I am based in Melbourne, in specialise in gut health and hormones.
